Good trip overall
Booked an AC Seater for Bangalore to Chennai. It was comfortable enough. Bus left on time and got there pretty close to the estimated arrival. No complaints from my side.
Decent bus, late departure
I booked a Multi-axle Volvo bus from Bangalore to Pune last month. The bus itself was quite comfortable and clean, which was a plus for the long journey. However, it departed about 45 minutes late from the pickup point, which was a bit annoying as I had to wait. The driver made up some time though, and we still reached Pune within a reasonable timeframe. The online booking process was smooth, no issues there.

OMG, I just took the AC Sleeper from Bangalore to Mumbai and it was fantastic! The bed was so comfy, I actually managed to sleep most of the way. I was a bit worried about a night bus but it was super smooth. The booking on their website was really easy. This was my first time with SRS and I'm definitely going to book with them again. Highly recommend for long routes like this one!
